Emotion Sanctuary is an open space that brings Emotional and Psychological needs together with the available services or resources. We aim to be the comfort zone where an individual can freely express their emotion through any possible means. This space helps an individual to assess the state of their emotion or psychological wellbeing themselves at Individual Level, ensuring or maintaining their Confidentiality.

Along with that, this space provides an opportunity to connect with Professionals, giving one the space to evaluate the scenario from a broader perspective. These efforts are guided to promote Help Seeking Behavior in an individual who actually needs those services.

Similarly, for better Emotional and Psychological Wellbeing, training facilitation inclusive of Stress/ Burnout Management; Self-Care; Psychological First Aid (PFA) and other sensitive Mental Health associated training are the part of this Space. Followed by a tutoring session of subjects related to Psychology.
